1. Shipping Destinations & Cost

  • Destinations: We offer Free Shipping to the United States, Canada, and the European Union.

  • Cost: Free on all orders.

2. Order Processing & Manufacturing Timeline

Because we do not keep pre-made inventory sitting on dusty shelves, every doll is freshly crafted for you upon order:

  • Order Processing (1–2 Days): Once your order is successfully placed, our team reviews and transmits your specifications directly to the factory floor.

  • Manufacturing (5–7 Days): Skilled technicians custom-build your doll, ensuring strict attention to detail, material integrity (Silicone or TPE), and flawless realism.

3. Shipping & Delivery Process(10–15 Days)

To maintain optimal cost efficiency for our customers, our bulk international transport utilizes sea freight, followed by trusted local courier networks for final delivery:

  • Factory Departure & Ocean Transit: Orders are dispatched directly from our manufacturing facilities in mainland China and shipped via sea freight.

  • Port Arrival & Local Handover: Once the shipment reaches the primary destination port (California for North America or Rotterdam for Europe), the package is cleared and immediately handed over to our premier logistics partners: UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

  • Final Courier Delivery: As soon as the local carrier scans your package, you will automatically receive a full tracking number via email to monitor its journey straight to your door.

4. Estimated Total Delivery Time

  • From the moment your order is processed until it reaches your doorstep, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 4 weeks.
